Even though our stud welding equipment makes the work much easier for the user, a certain basic understanding of stud welding and its application is required.
Although we offer the option of self-study using digital application tutorials, in-person training is usually the better choice. This allows us to address your specific application and requirements directly and to answer any open questions on the spot. Training can be held either at your premises or on a smaller scale at our site.

Here we explain the theory of the welding processes as well as specific aspects that must be considered when applying each process.
- Drawn arc: with ceramic ferrule, with shielding gas, short-cycle
- Tip ignition: contact method, gap method
Equipment/product training:
Here we offer you the opportunity to receive specific training on your stud welding product. We explain the theory of stud welding with the product as well as its practical application directly on the workpiece. These training sessions also cover the individual functions of the equipment.
Automation training:
This training usually takes place as part of the purchase of an Arnhold automation system. It covers the specific automation components and the technology of the system, as well as program and application structures. The training usually focuses on setting up the components and the automation system.
