Stud Welding Automation for Every Welding Task
There is almost nothing we have not already implemented together with our customers. Every welding machine is tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
This can range from a simple automation for a specific task or a positioning single-axis CNC to a 5-axis system with rotary axes, shuttle tables and rotary indexing tables.
In addition, a wide range of accessories is available, such as manual stud loading stations, spraying units, milling units and special welding heads.
Our high-end CNC systems are completed, for example, with a Beckhoff PC-based control running Windows 10. This allows various visualizations, weld data monitoring and automated programming systems to be implemented.
A post-processor can automatically convert data from DXF drawings into CNC programs.
