We offer the AS 5200 automatic welding gun as a complete package consisting of stud welder, feeding system, welding gun and welder trolley. This is an effective and cost-efficient way to semi-automate your production and to achieve higher output and greater accuracy than with conventional manual welding.
The automatic welding gun can also be used with stud welders equipped with weld data monitoring. This allows you to integrate quality management into your stud welding production and to continuously optimise your welding parameters.
The automatic welding gun can be used for capacitor discharge welding with gap ignition (tip ignition), short-cycle drawn arc welding and short-cycle drawn arc welding with shielding gas.
