What to Do in Case of a Defect

1. Contact

Please fill in the repair registration form as completely as possible and send it to info@bolzenschweissen.de. If there are visible defects or problems, feel free to attach photos. You can also contact us by phone at +49 2302 95640-0 or via your contact person.

2. Sending in

If your product needs to be sent in, please note the following:

- Enclose the repair registration form or an identifiable reference (company name, contact person, product sent in) with the shipment.

- Please send in the welding gun, earth clamps and unit together in the combination in which the fault occurs.

(Unless otherwise agreed)

- Pack the units securely in a sturdy cardboard box to protect them against falls and prevent further damage. Units over 30 kg should be shipped on a pallet.

(If the packaging is inadequate, we will repack the unit securely for the return shipment.)

3. Cost Estimate

Once your unit has been received, you will shortly receive a non-binding cost estimate.

4. Repair

Once you approve the cost estimate, our staff will carry out the repair as quickly as possible. After completion, the products are thoroughly tested and, if they function correctly, returned to you.
