AS Welding Automation with Dual-Station Operation
This automation system has a total working area of 3 x 1.5 m. Optionally, the table can be operated in dual-station mode, dividing the working area into two stations of 1.5 x 1.5 m each. Thanks to the light curtain system, a new part can be loaded on one side while welding takes place on the other.
The system is equipped with the latest generation of our tip ignition stud welders, the AS 1200 CNC, and the latest generation of our feeding systems, the AS 5100.
The DXF post-processor allows the system to be programmed easily and automatically based on the drawing.
